Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Progressive experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or service industry including Rooms and Food & Beverage departments preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must meet legal age to serve alcoholic beverages at select properties
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be able to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be proficient in Windows operating systems and company-approved spreadsheets and word processing
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must handle stressful and high-pressure situations while maintaining composure
- Must have effective listening and conflict resolution skills
- Must be attentive to detail and able to meet deadlines
- Must have financial skills including basic arithmetic functions
- Must communicate information and ideas clearly in English
- Must lead team members to provide friendly service

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Work together with team members to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of all hotel features and amenities
- Support and be aware of all groups and events at the hotel
- Use relevant technology effectively for the role
- Answer incoming calls with friendly service and approved greetings
- Keep all workspaces clean and organized both front and back of house
- Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests with hospitality while cleaning
- Complete all operational checklists on time and with 100 percent accuracy
- Ensure shift handover reports are accurate and timely
- Maintain a clean and flawless uniform and be well-groomed according to standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a willingness to stretch beyond traditional roles to meet business and guest needs
- Work collaboratively to create a welcoming environment and positive workplace
- Conduct daily supervision walks including guest rooms and public spaces
- Verify all rooms meet cleanliness standards daily
- Onboard new team members following checklist processes
- Ensure daily summary and night audit processes are completed as per policy
- Start and complete shift handover reports
- Upload required daily reports to the management platform
- Oversee adherence to brand quality assurance standards
- Conduct self-audits and make corrections as needed
- Enforce uniform and greeting standards among team members
- Certify fire and life safety inspections are current
- Confirm preventive maintenance tasks are performed and checked
- Monitor adherence to established team member work schedules
- Foster a culture of learning and safety
- Ensure staff training and development
- Provide daily constructive feedback with positivity
- Review team member time clock punches daily
- Manage purchase order and invoice processes properly
- Keep storage areas clean and follow inventory programs diligently
