The Scenter Manager position at Scenthound is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Scenter, ensuring high standards of dog wellness, customer service, and team management. This role requires a hands-on, proactive leader who can drive membership sales through health and wellness education, cultivate a knowledgeable team focused on safety and care, and manage schedules and appointments efficiently. The Scenter Manager will lead by example, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations to promote employee development and uphold the company’s quality standards. Key performance indicators such as Labor Efficiency Ratio, Average Ticket Price, Rebook Ratio, and Membership Growth are central to this role’s success. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to foster open communication and teamwork.

Employees in this role can expect competitive salary ranges between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, alongside performance-based bonuses, free food and uniforms, and paid vacation time.
