Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Proof of valid driver’s license
  • Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs and stand for 8 plus hours
  • 2 or more years of management experience preferably in restaurant industry managing a team of 15 or more
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience preferably in the restaurant industry
  • Proven leadership skills in managing teams of 15 or more employees
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Experience coaching and developing employees
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate restaurant team members
