This impressive track record of success and dedication to quality led to the opening of the first R&R BBQ storefront in downtown Salt Lake City in 2013, followed by a second location in South Jordan two years later. Since then, the brand has grown significantly, now boasting 12 restaurants spread across three states with plans for further expansion into new markets. R&R BBQ prides itself on maintaining traditional recipes, signature spice rubs, original BBQ sauces, and authentic smoking techniques that have remained unchanged since the early days of competitive cooking. The Restaurant Manager role at R&R BBQ is integral to upholding the high standards set by the brand. As a leader of up to 50 dynamic employees, the Restaurant Manager is expected to provide strong guidance, motivation, and mentorship to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. This leadership position requires a hands-on approach to managing food, health, and safety standards to ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain the quality that customers expect. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager will oversee business operations including staffing optimization, resource management, and financial profitability to guarantee the restaurant operates efficiently.
