The role of General Manager within Checkers & Rally's Corporate Field Operations team is pivotal in driving the success of each restaurant location. A General Manager's primary responsibility is executing the restaurant's operational plans to meet sales and profit goals while maintaining outstanding guest and team services. This role requires a strong leader who can manage all aspects of the restaurant’s performance, from staffing and training to financial management and guest satisfaction. The General Manager is entrusted with the responsibility of making the restaurant the first choice for guests and employees by fostering a safe, clean, and enjoyable atmosphere that drives repeat business and employee retention.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Food safety certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in quick service restaurants
- Basic math skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including extended hours
- High energy and stamina for a fast-paced work environment

Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

- Over 2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
- Basic math skills

Job Duties
- Meeting budgeted sales and profits by managing all aspects of the P and L
- Continually analyzing the data and developing and executing plans to improve sales and profits and increase restaurant service and efficiency
- Determining staffing needs and hiring the right candidates for the right position
- Ensuring shifts are properly staffed to guarantee consistent operations and Guest satisfaction
- Training Team Members and Managers on operations, policies and procedures and Guest service
- Identifying and responding to complaints and policy and procedure violations
- Providing regular feedback and coaching to employees on their performance
- Ensuring the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests
