Working in this role demands physical stamina to stand for long hours, perform manual tasks such as lifting supplies, and travel if needed. It also requires excellent English language skills for communication, reporting, and interpreting business data.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree preferred
- Proficient in Windows operating systems and company software
- Ability to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
- Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service at select properties
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain professionalism
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to travel as required
- Ability to follow established guidelines and safety procedures

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily and use their names to ensure a welcoming experience
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency

- Support groups and events at the hotel
