The successful candidate will hold comprehensive accountability for the day-to-day operations and overall financial performance of the center. The ideal candidate brings at least three years of senior leadership experience in high-volume hospitality or entertainment settings such as restaurants, bowling alleys, or similar venues. Strong financial acumen, especially P&L literacy, is critical, as is a proven track record in labor cost control and food and beverage operations management.
