This position offers an annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus of up to $9,000 paid out monthly. The role is designed for experienced restaurant managers who are passionate about leadership, operational excellence, and creating exceptional guest experiences. As a General Manager at Noodles & Company, you will be the driving force behind the daily operations, ensuring that every service exceeds expectations while maintaining a profitable business.

The General Manager is also tasked with implementing company initiatives fully, reviewing operations regularly to spot opportunities for better efficiency and enhanced guest experiences, and maintaining rigorous standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities include managing staffing levels to ensure a well-rounded, competent team, providing timely and actionable feedback, celebrating team successes, and nurturing future leaders through the Leadership Development Program called My Road Trip. The General Manager will also be an active participant in enhancing the restaurant's footprint in the community by representing the brand with positivity and enthusiasm.

This role demands a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adept at juggling multiple tasks while maintaining high standards. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential, as is the physical stamina to perform various activities typical in a restaurant setting, such as walking, bending, and lifting up to 55 pounds. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience in restaurant or retail with at least two years in a management capacity to ensure they bring the expertise and leadership qualities needed to excel.
