Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in retail management or relevant supervisory roles
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to meet sales and profitability targets
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Proficient in customer service standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze and utilize store data
Job Qualifications
- Successful completion of all training modules including GMIT and Talent Platform training
- Ability to achieve placement in the succession program
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with computers
Job Duties
- Hire only “A” players to support company objectives
- Meet or exceed sales budget
- Meet or exceed EBITDA/SOC goal
- Achieve labor rate goal
- Maintain shrink percent of 0.4% or better
- Meet or exceed gross margin budget
- Drive customer count increase
- Achieve Mystery Shop score of 95% or higher
