In the role of General Manager at Sandpiper Hospitality, you will take on a high-impact leadership position with full operational oversight of one of the company’s extended stay hotels. Job Requirements

  • Three plus years of experience in a management role in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • Experience managing operations within major hotel brands such as Choice, IHG, Marriott (preferred)
  • Experience with budgeting, financial management, or project management (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Execute full property oversight
  • Drive financial results including P&L management, budget control, daily bank deposits, and local sales execution
  • Lead and coach the hotel team, including scheduling, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service and conduct daily room inspections
  • Complete weekly reports and participate in corporate calls to maintain alignment with company goals and strategies
