Pizza Hut is currently seeking a motivated individual to join their management team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently, delivering prompt, friendly service to all guests in accordance with company guidelines. The manager will have responsibilities that include directing hourly staff, resolving customer complaints effectively, and overseeing inventory management. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of management experience in the restaurant industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to understand and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Physical stamina and ability to handle job demands
  • Ability to handle cash and maintain security protocols
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Three years management experience in the restaurant industry
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to lead and get results through others
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Ability to exhibit a professional image
  • Physical ability to exert mobility for up to six hours and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Stamina to work a minimum of 50 hours per week

Job Duties

  • Ensures prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines
  • Directs overall activities and performance of hourly staff
  • Handles verbal and written guest complaints immediately
  • Monitors and maintains adequate food and beverage inventories
