The role of General Manager at Urban Air is a leadership position critical to maintaining the success and growth of the adventure park. This full-time role demands an energetic, professional leader who can motivate a team, instill accountability, and achieve operational and financial goals while preserving the company’s fun and vibrant culture. The General Manager will provide overall leadership, vision, and strategic direction on key initiatives and operating standards that drive consistent results. Reporting to the franchise owners, the General Manager will oversee all aspects of park operations, including entertainment, food and beverage, guest services, and staff management.

The General Manager is responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring the staff while fostering a collaborative and customer-focused team environment. A key part of the role is to lead and develop managerial staff and area leads to reinforce a culture of accountability and continual improvement. This position requires ensuring the park remains a safe, clean, and inviting place for guests and associates to enjoy. Maintaining excellent operational execution through adherence to company policies and standards is essential.

Financial stewardship is a highly important part of the General Manager's duties. This person will analyze financial reports, optimize staffing to balance labor costs and service levels, control inventory, and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals to maximize revenue. Beyond managing day-to-day operations, the General Manager will build strong community relationships through active partnerships with local organizations and maintain a positive brand image by monitoring guest feedback and responding to online reviews proactively.

Job Duties
