Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team. The Restaurant General Manager reports directly to the Area Manager and is responsible for directly supervising all restaurant employees. This role demands a hands-on leader who can manage day-to-day operations with a particular focus on profitability, safety compliance, sanitation standards, and driving sales growth. Maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service is crucial to this role, requiring the General Manager to set an example and motivate staff towards excellence.
