In the role of General Manager at Flynn Wendy’s, you will serve as the cornerstone of the restaurant's leadership. Quality is paramount at Wendy’s, and the company seeks individuals who not only ensure that every dish served meets high standards but who also create memorable experiences through exceptional service. As a General Manager, your responsibilities stretch beyond day-to-day operations; you will mentor and develop your team, instilling the Wendy’s culture and motivating staff to consistently surpass customer expectations. You will have full operational and financial accountability for your restaurant, overseeing everything from food quality and labor management to food safety, sanitation, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

The compensation package includes a competitive annual salary ranging from $44,472 to $65,000, supplemented by profit-sharing opportunities and a strong bonus program. Ideal candidates will bring at least three years of experience as a general manager in quick-service restaurants known for heavy drive-thru operations, such as Wendy's, McDonald's, Burger King, Arby's, or Taco Bell. A strong background in restaurant operations is critical, including proven success in managing food, labor, and service benchmarks along with maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Above all, candidates must possess a passion for leading and developing teams, coupled with a commitment to operational excellence.
