In the role of General Manager at Flynn Wendy’s, you will serve as the cornerstone of the restaurant's leadership. Ideal candidates will bring at least three years of experience as a general manager in quick-service restaurants known for heavy drive-thru operations, such as Wendy's, McDonald's, Burger King, Arby's, or Taco Bell. A strong background in restaurant operations is critical, including proven success in managing food, labor, and service benchmarks along with maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years experience in restaurant general management
  • Experience with quick-service, drive-thru restaurant operations
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver's license
