Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- reliable transportation to travel to various locations
- ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- eligible to work in the country
- pass a background investigation
- willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training
Job Qualifications
- Previous management experience in a restaurant or food service industry
- strong leadership and team development skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
- SERV Safe certification or willingness to obtain during training
