This job posting is for a General Manager position at a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee authorized to use McDonald's logos and food products. This franchisee is a separate entity from McDonald's USA, which means that while the restaurant reflects the iconic McDonald's brand, all employment-related matters are handled solely by the franchisee. McDonald's USA does not manage hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, or scheduling. The franchisee is the actual employer, responsible for all aspects of employment and operations at this location.

The restaurant operates with the pride and quality that customers expect from a McDonald's establishment, but its day-to-day management and employee relations fall under the franchisee's control. As such, if you are hired, you will be working directly for the franchisee, whose ownership and leadership shape the working environment, culture, and policies at this restaurant.
