This job opportunity is for the role of General Manager at a McDonald’s corporate owned restaurant. The General Manager is a key leadership position responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, ensuring the achievement of critical customer standards related to Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum experience managing in a quick service restaurant or similar fast paced environment
  • Proven track record of driving restaurant profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to operate under the employment of an independent franchisee

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor costs effectively
