The General Manager must ensure labor is used efficiently to meet budgetary constraints and take ownership of the restaurant's financial results, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and profit and loss management.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years in management position preferably restaurant experience
- ability to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively
- strong financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and profit and loss management
- excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
