We are currently seeking a General Manager who will be the driving force behind the success of our restaurant. This leadership role requires an individual with strong business acumen and proven management skills to oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring top performance and high customer satisfaction. The General Manager will take full ownership of the restaurant's operations, from managing staffing schedules and training programs to driving sales targets and maintaining inventory control. They will also be responsible for enforcing compliance with safety regulations and food handling standards to guarantee a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.

In this role, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team by coaching managers and team members alike and fostering a supportive and motivated workplace culture. Your responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators, managing costs effectively, and resolving any customer concerns to uphold our commitment to excellent service. This position demands a hands-on leader who is enthusiastic about creating a seamless, efficient operation and delivering memorable dining experiences. Candidates must be prepared to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary and be physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • prior management experience required preferably in food service
  • proven leadership and people management skills
  • strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
  • reliable and results-driven
  • valid driver's license
  • pass background check

Job Duties
