Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum four years restaurant management experience required
- College degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Energetic and flexible

- Maintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations

- Must possess proper food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications
- Meets all company service standards
- Completes all ongoing certifications and validations
- Maintains a clean back-of-house area
- Works swiftly to complete all service well tickets within company timeframes

- Adhere to company uniform attire and appearance standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum four years restaurant management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to motivate employees positively
- Experience in hiring, training, and staff development
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Basic financial knowledge including budget monitoring and P&L analysis
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling regulations
- Strong computer skills
- Possession of proper food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- College degree preferred
Job Duties
- Model hospitality skills/behaviors by conducting 100% table visits of guests in the restaurant
- Oversee restaurant operations to achieve sales and profit goals including hourly labor and cost of sales
- Research and identify marketing techniques to attract new guests
- Review and analyze monthly profit and loss statements and communicate results to managers
- Develop plans to impact areas of opportunity
- Monitor budget and analyze sales data to meet revenue goals while controlling cost from food waste and labor
- Ensure PCI compliance for all credit card transaction documents
- Complete financial and personnel/payroll administrative duties accurately and on time
- Ensure a safe working and guest environment reducing risk of injury and accidents
- Manage team's weekly schedule and time off requests including manager schedules
- Lead weekly manager meetings and build shift meetings
- Communicate and conduct rollouts of new company programs, policies, and procedures
- Handle all guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Build positive relationships with community members
- Ensure proper staffing levels, review applications, interview candidates, onboard new hires, conduct orientation and training, and manage terminations
- Adhere to federal, state, and local laws and company policies ensuring team compliance
- Provide performance feedback, coaching, progressive discipline, development goals, and recognition
- Communicate employee relations issues to human resources
- Adhere to ServSafe Alcohol, Food, OSHA, and HACCP standards
- Delegate tasks responsibly while remaining accountable
- Unload vendor trucks and ensure inventory is properly received and rotated
- Supervise salaried managers and hourly team members and their development
- Ensure managers understand areas of responsibility
- Oversee proper handling of cash including deposits and logging
- Make bank change runs
- Enforce safety and security policies
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Report and submit maintenance and repair issues
- Monitor food and beverage preparation, presentation, and quality
- Perform other duties as assigned
