Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum one year of leadership experience or US Military Service
- Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
- Strong focus on customer service and support
- Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
- Commitment to workplace safety and excellence
- Ability to make decisions and provide solutions in a fast paced environment

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing all aspects within the restaurant including food production guest service and experience and direct crew and manager work
- Plan for success by proactively leading and managing all people processes including recruiting hiring onboarding staffing and performance management
- Train coach and motivate team members to deliver superior service
- Make critical business decisions around inventory budget and food ordering costs
- Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards of excellence
- Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
- Oversee all operational needs including maintenance plans to exceed standards of excellence
