Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years management experience in a quick service dining concept
- financial and analytical aptitude including planning budgeting scheduling and P&L management
- valid driver's license
- excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills
- ability to operate and use restaurant equipment
- strong conflict resolution skills
- self-motivated with excellent organizational planning and time management skills
Job Duties
- Recruit and hire staff
- ensure all marketing plans are executed including proper installation of POP and menu board elements
- ensure restaurant is staffed properly and team members are properly trained
- provide leadership creating excitement enthusiasm positive mental attitude and commitment
- maintain correct inventory levels and ensure equipment is well maintained
- maintain excellent working knowledge of restaurant operations and technology
- supervise in accordance with established performance and operating policies
- motivate assistant managers shift leaders and crew members
- review preliminary P&L statements and communicate with the District Manager
- adhere to all HR sanitation safety and security policies
