We are currently seeking a General Manager to oversee and lead operations at our portfolio of luxury apartment communities located in Denver, CO. This is a full-time position perfect for high-performing leaders transitioning from industries outside of real estate, such as retail, restaurants, hospitality, and fitness. Successful candidates will have a proven track record in driving sales, leading teams, and delivering tangible business growth. The General Manager will play a crucial role in maximizing community performance, developing and motivating a talented team, and ensuring exceptional resident experiences. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- proven success as a multi-unit or general manager in industries such as retail, restaurants, hospitality, or fitness
- demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and grow business results
