The role of a Restaurant Manager at Mountain Mike's Pizza is pivotal to the operational success and overall guest satisfaction of the location. The manager is responsible for overseeing, directing, and coordinating all aspects of restaurant operations, including planning, organizing, training, and leadership of the restaurant staff. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant supervisory roles
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Basic computer literacy including email and word processing
  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures
  • Ability to analyze and solve operational problems
  • Capability to perform physical tasks such as kitchen cleaning when necessary

Job Duties

  • Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of the restaurant of Mountain Mike's Pizza
  • Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs are followed and completed on a timely basis
  • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times
  • Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards
  • Ensure that all beverages and alcohol products are consistently stocked and accurately priced in the POS
  • Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures
  • Achieve company objectives in sales, labor cost, food cost, customer service, food quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment
