Job Description

Arby's is a well-established quick service restaurant (QSR) chain known for its iconic roast beef sandwiches and diverse menu offerings. Founded with the mission to serve high-quality food with a side of excellent customer service, Arby's has continuously grown to become one of the most recognized names in the fast-food industry. The company prides itself on a strong set of core values which guide all team members: Dream Big, Work Hard, Get it Done, Play Fair, Have Fun, and Make a Difference. These values create a welcoming and motivating workplace environment that encourages growth, respect, and innovation. Arby's is committed to fostering a culture where employees can thrive professionally and personally while contributing to the success of the brand. They provide opportunities for career advancement, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits that support the well-being of both individuals and their families.

The General Manager role at Arby's is a pivotal position responsible for leading the restaurant's operations and team to achieve outstanding results. As a General Manager, you will oversee the entire restaurant, leading your management team and staff through engagement, training, and performance initiatives that align with Arby's high standards for customer service and operational excellence. You will be accountable for recruiting, training, and retaining top talent while managing daily operations with a keen focus on profitability, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies. This position demands a hands-on leader who approaches the restaurant as their own business and drives success through effective team leadership and resource management. The role offers competitive compensation, eligibility for a performance bonus, opportunities for growth, and a flexible schedule to support work-life balance.

In this capacity, you will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and service that keep Arby's customers returning. You will develop and implement strategies to drive sales and maximize profit margins by efficiently managing labor, inventory, and operational costs. The General Manager also enforces compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures while fostering an environment that promotes teamwork and motivation. Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities are essential, as is the capability to interpret profit and loss statements to make informed financial decisions that influence the restaurant's profitability.

Joining Arby's as a General Manager means being part of a dynamic team and contributing to a brand recognized for its commitment to excellence and innovation in the quick-service restaurant sector. You will have access to paid training designed to set you up for success, receive complimentary meals during shifts, and benefit from a daily pay option through the Earned Wage app. Arby's values its team members as cornerstone assets and aims to provide a supportive environment where dedication, hard work, and passion are rewarded. If you possess a minimum of two years of experience in quick service restaurant management, have strong leadership capabilities, and are eager to take ownership of a thriving restaurant operation, this role offers a promising career path with Arby's and the chance to make a tangible difference every day.
