Job Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years experience in the quick service management restaurant industry
  • high school diploma
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • understanding of p and l interpretation
  • familiarity with positive conflict resolution
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • able to withstand physical demands of the restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • understanding of profit and loss interpretation

Job Duties

  • lead restaurant management team and team members through performance initiatives
  • engage staff in training and development programs
  • hire, train, and retain employees
  • manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on sales and profit goals
  • interpret profit and loss statements to influence profitability
  • resolve conflicts positively
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards
