This role demands a highly skilled executive with expansive knowledge of transit operations, labor relations, fleet management, and customer service excellence.
As a General Manager, you will lead a team to develop, implement, and manage operational strategies including scheduling, dispatching, workforce management, safety programs, and vehicle maintenance plans. Ideal candidates will have experience working with labor unions, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a commitment to delivering transit services that meet the evolving needs of the community.
