Ideal candidates bring 3 to 5 plus years of retail management experience along with strong financial acumen, leadership capabilities, and proficiency with technology systems. Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential to thrive in this dynamic role. Ulta Beauty promotes a culture where diversity is celebrated and all qualified individuals, including those with criminal histories, are encouraged to apply, reflecting its commitment to inclusive employment practices.
