The Operating Partner role is a highly impactful leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure that guests receive the best food quality and customer experience. Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience
  • Ability to hire, coach, and develop teams
  • Leadership skills for managing fast-paced operations
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Food Safety Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Valid driver's license

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience (GM, AGM, or similar)
  • Proven ability to hire, coach, and grow strong teams
  • Hands-on leader who can run a busy, fast-paced operation
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Food Safety Certification (or willingness to get one)
  • Valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop a team of Managers and Team Leaders
