Nestled at the intersection of fun and refined taste, The Finch offers a unique dining experience where cold drinks meet bold flavors in an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and inviting. Designed to cater equally to relaxed casual encounters and formal dining events, The Finch serves as both a culinary oasis and a social hub, welcoming guests into a space filled with culinary craftsmanship and casual sophistication. Known for its stylish ambience and exceptional service, The Finch has become a favored destination for a wide range of patrons seeking quality cuisine paired with excellent hospitality. The name "The Finch" symbolizes a charm and gathering, much like a flock of finches, making it a place where people come together to enjoy memorable dining experiences.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations. This role is integral to maintaining the restaurant’s high standards in customer service, profitability, and overall operational excellence. As Restaurant Manager, you will be expected to motivate and inspire our staff to consistently deliver superior customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. By effectively managing both front-of-house and back-of-house activities, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the restaurant.

Key responsibilities involve maintaining high production and quality standards in both food preparation and customer service, managing staffing by assisting in the hiring and scheduling of cooks and wait staff, and upholding compliance with health and safety regulations. Your leadership will help create a positive workplace culture, particularly during busy service periods, ensuring that guests have pleasant and memorable dining experiences. Furthermore, you will have a pivotal role in controlling operational costs, reducing waste, and enhancing the restaurant’s public image through innovative branding and community engagement strategies.

Alongside operational oversight, you will manage customer relations, promptly and effectively addressing any concerns to maintain satisfaction and loyalty. You will also regularly review product quality, explore new vendor options, and ensure all aspects of the restaurant meet rigorous safety and sanitation standards. Your role will extend to training new and existing employees on best practices, implementing operational policies that ensure the restaurant’s future success, and creating detailed financial reports to guide strategic decisions.

This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to be part of an exciting and evolving dining establishment that values creativity, quality, and community connection. If you are a passionate leader with strong back-of-house management experience and a commitment to excellence in hospitality, The Finch invites you to join our team and help us continue to build on our reputation as a charming and sophisticated dining destination.
