While leveraging the globally recognized McDonald's brand name, logos, and food products under license, the franchisee operates as a distinct and separate company from McDonald's USA. This means that all staffing, employment decisions, and business operations are solely managed by SLI Enterprises, ensuring a localized management approach while retaining the standards and quality associated with McDonald's.

The General Manager position within SLI Enterprises’ McDonald’s franchises is a pivotal leadership role tasked with managing high-volume restaurant operations and achieving critical customer service standards in quality, cleanliness, and service. Responsible for driving the restaurant's profitability, the General Manager collaborates with senior leadership to establish strategic goals and develops actionable plans to attain those goals. This role demands a hands-on leader who can motivate and guide a team of Department Managers and Shift Managers, ensuring that every department contributes effectively to the restaurant's success.

In addition to operational oversight, the General Manager is deeply involved in talent acquisition and development, fostering a cohesive and motivated management team to sustain ongoing business growth. Candidates with prior General Manager experience in quick-service restaurants or related industries such as hospitality and retail are highly valued. The role requires a strong business acumen, leadership aptitude, and the ability to uphold McDonald’s rigorous standards for customer satisfaction. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age to qualify due to the regulatory standards associated with restaurant management roles.
