This means maintaining quality and accuracy for every order, upholding cleanliness throughout the restaurant, and ensuring that supplies and team assignments are well organized and efficient. The General Manager's responsibilities are extensive and include ensuring the restaurant's safety and profitability according to the SHG business plan. This involves managing schedules, handling employee requests and time punches, overseeing deposits and payroll, maintaining safe accountability, and conducting audits. Additionally, the General Manager collaborates closely with department managers from the kitchen, guest service, and people (human resources) teams to implement strategic initiatives that enhance food safety, operational metrics, guest satisfaction, staff training, promotions, and recognition. Reporting directly to the owner/operator, the General Manager plays a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations and advancing the restaurant's achievements.

This role is available on a full-time basis, with an expectation of 45-48 hours per week, including a mix of various shifts across days, weekends, and closing times to best meet the restaurant's needs. The ideal candidate will bring previous managerial experience in McDonald’s or another quick service restaurant environment, a working knowledge of basic computer skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English, with bilingual abilities in Spanish considered a significant advantage.
