Job Requirements

  • Previous management experience in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk management, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
  • Lead and motivate hotel staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage budget, financial performance, and operational costs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards
  • Develop and implement operational strategies for growth and efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment
