This job opportunity is with a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. The franchisee is entirely separate from McDonald's USA and is solely responsible for all employment-related matters at this location, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Therefore, if you are hired, your employer will be the franchisee company, not McDonald's USA. The role of General Manager at this McDonald's franchise is central to the overall success and profitability of the restaurant. The General Manager must ensure the restaurant consistently meets McDonald's rigorous standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness, which are key pillars essential to maintaining the brand's reputation. This is a challenging and rewarding leadership position that requires strong business and people management skills. The General Manager collaborates closely with their leadership team to set ambitious and achievable goals for the restaurant and then formulates and executes a plan to accomplish these goals effectively.

In addition to managing Department Managers, the General Manager may also take charge of hiring and developing future leaders within the team, including Department and Shift Managers, to ensure that the restaurant maintains a strong leadership pipeline. Candidates who have previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume quick service restaurant environments will find this role particularly well-suited to their talents. Experience in hospitality or retail management is also valuable.

Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Experience running high volume restaurants or related fields
