The role of General Manager at FreezPak Logistics is an exceptional opportunity located in Carteret, NJ. This full-time, exempt position reports directly to the Director of Operations and offers a salary range of $100,000 to $150,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. The General Manager will oversee the cold storage warehouse operations, ensuring efficient management of facility operations while upholding stringent safety and compliance standards. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with extensive knowledge of warehouse management systems, especially in cold storage environments, to effectively lead teams and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities in this role include managing daily warehouse operations, leading supervisors and staff to foster a productive environment, and implementing operational strategies that align with organizational goals. Performance is closely monitored through key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintaining the quality and integrity of stored products is paramount.
