The General Manager position at Homewood Suites Greensboro is a full-time leadership role with a compensation range between $85,000 and $90,000 per year plus bonuses, reflecting the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location factors. This important role entails overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, from ensuring the property's maintenance and safety to driving revenue and guest satisfaction goals. The position also requires experience in sales management and a strategic mindset to collaborate on operational plans that meet both financial and guest experience targets. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in hotel management, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, cloud-based applications, and hotel property management systems. Moreover, relocation willingness is valued, signaling the company's commitment to career development and broadening leaders' experiences.
