Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant operations or management
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Capability to assist and work hands-on when necessary

Job Duties
- Lead restaurant operations to ensure high-quality food preparation and customer service
- Hire, train, and develop restaurant team members
- Manage profit and loss, budgeting, and sales forecasting
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations
- Drive marketing initiatives including community engagement and fundraisers
- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that supports team development
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve customer issues promptly
