Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant operations or management
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Capability to assist and work hands-on when necessary

  • Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
  • Ability to manage financial aspects such as profit and loss and sales forecasting

Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant operations to ensure high-quality food preparation and customer service
  • Hire, train, and develop restaurant team members
  • Manage profit and loss, budgeting, and sales forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations
  • Drive marketing initiatives including community engagement and fundraisers
  • Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that supports team development
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve customer issues promptly
