Job Requirements

  • Prior general manager experience required
  • Experience with Marriott preferred
  • Prior food and beverage experience
  • Ability to achieve budgeted revenues and profit margins
  • Strong coaching and team development skills
  • Excellent customer service track record
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Strong networking and sales abilities
