Job Requirements

  • Previous general manager experience
  • experience in a full-service restaurant with full bar
  • computer knowledge including Excel, Windows, POS
  • results driven
  • trustworthy and team oriented
  • ability to engage and develop team members
  • coach in adherence to company policies
  • passion for hospitality industry
  • focus on creating guest and employee experiences
  • able to stand for 10 hours
  • able to lift 50 lbs
  • proven track record of growing teams and managing multi-million dollar restaurant business
  • pre-employment screening required including drug test, criminal background check, and employment reference verification

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience in a full-service restaurant with a full bar
  • knowledge of computer systems including Excel, Windows, and POS
  • proven leadership and team development skills
  • strong business acumen and financial management experience
  • ability to coach and mentor staff
  • passion for hospitality and guest services
  • excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Coach teammates and managers on delivering excellent guest experience
  • anticipate, identify, and resolve guest service issues
  • positively interact with guests and solicit feedback
  • handle and follow up on guest concerns and escalate as necessary
  • oversee the maintenance and quality of restaurant facilities
  • model and teach company values and culture
  • facilitate training for new menu items and standards
  • write and approve schedules for management and departments
  • motivate managers and teammates to improve performance
  • deliver performance feedback and align disciplinary actions with HR
  • develop leadership skills in self and team
  • establish and communicate financial plans and sales strategies
  • forecast labor percentages and maintain restaurant budget
  • review sales trends and initiate business growth programs
  • conduct administrative duties in compliance with laws and company policies
