Job Requirements

HSD or GED preferred
Passion for helping and serving others
1+ years experience leading, motivating and/or developing others or US Military Service
Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace

Job Duties

Lead the experience by managing food production, guest service, crew and manager work
Plan for success by leading people processes including recruiting, hiring and onboarding
Manage staffing and performance management
Train, coach and motivate team members
Make critical business decisions on inventory, budget, and food costs
Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald's standards
Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
Oversee all operational needs, including maintenance plans to exceed standards
