Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience
- food handler certification required or to be obtained during onboarding
- experience using computer and POS systems
- flexible availability for various shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to communicate effectively with team and management
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- commitment to uphold health and safety standards
- must be reliable and punctual
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Spanish speaking is a plus

Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Wingstop
- recruit, select, orient, train, assign, schedule team members in partnership with the District Manager
- manage team performance including coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff with professional maturity
- communicate in a timely and effective manner with District Manager about operational and human resources issues
- perform regular restaurant inspections to meet operational standards
- maintain calm demeanor during high volume periods to set a positive example
- track inventory and ensure accurate record keeping
- resolve issues with food preparation and customer service
- maintain safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by enforcing sanitation and safety procedures
- accomplish company goals by exploring opportunities to add value
- meet restaurant policies including cash handling and store safety
- maintain operational standards and communicate maintenance needs
- coach and develop team members leveraging company tools and support
- drive results through team collaboration to achieve store metrics
