Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience
  • food handler certification required or to be obtained during onboarding
  • experience using computer and POS systems
  • flexible availability for various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to communicate effectively with team and management
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • commitment to uphold health and safety standards
  • must be reliable and punctual
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Spanish speaking is a plus

Job Duties

  • Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Wingstop
  • recruit, select, orient, train, assign, schedule team members in partnership with the District Manager
  • manage team performance including coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff with professional maturity
  • communicate in a timely and effective manner with District Manager about operational and human resources issues
  • perform regular restaurant inspections to meet operational standards
  • maintain calm demeanor during high volume periods to set a positive example
  • track inventory and ensure accurate record keeping
  • resolve issues with food preparation and customer service
  • maintain safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by enforcing sanitation and safety procedures
  • accomplish company goals by exploring opportunities to add value
  • meet restaurant policies including cash handling and store safety
  • maintain operational standards and communicate maintenance needs
  • coach and develop team members leveraging company tools and support
  • drive results through team collaboration to achieve store metrics
