Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
- Some college preferred
- Three to five years of experience managing high volume full-service restaurants
- Passion to serve guests and team
- Positive attitude
- Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Great communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and exercise good judgment
- Respect for health, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Committed and accountable for all company standards, processes, and procedures
- Physical ability to bend, lift up to 50 lbs, reach, turn, and stand for up to 8 hours
Job Qualifications
