Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
  • Some college preferred
  • Three to five years of experience managing high volume full-service restaurants
  • Passion to serve guests and team
  • Positive attitude
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and exercise good judgment
  • Respect for health, safety, and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
  • Committed and accountable for all company standards, processes, and procedures
  • Physical ability to bend, lift up to 50 lbs, reach, turn, and stand for up to 8 hours

Job Qualifications
