Job Requirements

bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred
minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role within the fitness or hospitality industry
strong organizational and multitasking skills
proven ability to lead and develop a team
excellent problem-solving skills
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

excellent communication and interpersonal skills
