Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
Minimum 1 year experience leading, motivating, or developing others or equivalent US military service
Commitment to workplace excellence and safety
Strong customer service orientation
Effective communication skills
Ability to anticipate customer needs
Ability to provide solutions and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Lead the experience by managing all aspects of the restaurant including food production, guest service, and direct crew and manager work
Plan for success through proactive leadership and management of people processes such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
Train, coach, and motivate team members to ensure high productivity and morale
Make critical business decisions respecting inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs
Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald's standards of excellence
Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
Oversee all operational needs including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
