Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Previous general manager experience is essential
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and varying hours
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to physically perform job duties including standing and walking frequently
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Local market knowledge preferred

  • Knowledge of revenue management and financial controls

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget and forecast management, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • Provide leadership and strategic vision to inspire associates and drive exceptional service
  • Manage day-to-day staff operations ensuring alignment with company culture and goals
  • Develop and implement successful sales and marketing campaigns to increase revenue
  • Ensure strong financial controls to drive profitability
  • Build and maintain effective owner relations partnerships
  • Foster a dynamic and motivated team environment
