Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
Previous general manager experience is essential
Ability to work flexible shifts and varying hours
Proven leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to physically perform job duties including standing and walking frequently
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Local market knowledge preferred

Strong hotel management background
Experience in sales and marketing
Knowledge of revenue management and financial controls
Proven ability to build and develop effective teams
Ability to inspire and coach staff to deliver exceptional service
Strong owner relations skills
Hospitality industry passion
Food and beverage experience is a plus

Job Duties

Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget and forecast management, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance
Provide leadership and strategic vision to inspire associates and drive exceptional service
Manage day-to-day staff operations ensuring alignment with company culture and goals
Develop and implement successful sales and marketing campaigns to increase revenue
Ensure strong financial controls to drive profitability
Build and maintain effective owner relations partnerships
Foster a dynamic and motivated team environment
