Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED in progress or completed
  • 5 plus years of retail food service or restaurant management experience preferably in high-volume operations
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
  • must obtain and maintain manager food handler certification and alcohol server permit if required
  • strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial reports
  • knowledge of labor laws and staffing practices
