Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in restaurant operations
ability to lead and motivate a team
knowledge of food safety and sanitation
strong organizational skills
effective communication skills
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently

business knowledge including p&l management and sales forecasting

Job Duties

oversee restaurant operations to ensure quality and efficiency
hire, train, and develop restaurant staff
ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
manage inventory and control food costs
implement creative marketing and community engagement initiatives
deliver outstanding guest service and resolve customer issues
lead sales forecasting and staffing to meet business goals
