Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
- Equivalent work experience will be considered
- 5+ years of progressive hotel management experience with at least 1 year in a General Manager or Assistant General Manager role
- Marriott brand experience strongly preferred
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong financial acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Commitment to exceptional guest service and brand standards

Job Duties
- Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of all hotel operations including front office
- Ensure compliance with all Marriott brand standards policies and procedures maintaining a high-quality guest experience
- Develop monitor and achieve financial goals for revenue profitability and cost control
- Recruit train supervise and evaluate department managers and associates fostering a culture of teamwork accountability and service excellence
- Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective actions to achieve and exceed guest satisfaction targets
- Oversee sales and marketing efforts in collaboration with the sales team to maximize revenue and occupancy
- Maintain compliance with all federal state and local regulations including health and safety labor laws and financial reporting
- Prepare and present financial reports forecasts and business plans to ownership and corporate leadership
- Build strong community relationships and represent the hotel at local and regional industry events
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ownership providing updates on performance opportunities and risks
- Act as Manager on Duty as needed including evenings weekends and holidays to ensure smooth operations
