Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED in progress or completed
- 5+ years managerial experience in retail, food service, or restaurant environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform necessary physical tasks
- Must obtain and maintain Manager Food Handler certification and alcohol server permit if required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial reporting
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Knowledge of labor laws and store operational best practices

- Execute operational plans to meet sales, labor, and profitability goals
- Analyze sales, margin, and labor reports to identify improvement opportunities
- Monitor inventory, cash handling, and expenses to optimize financial results
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing store environment
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, and staffing levels to meet business needs
- Manage vendor relationships and address maintenance needs
- Handle guest concerns promptly and involve regional teams as necessary
