Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED in progress or completed
  • 5+ years managerial experience in retail, food service, or restaurant environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform necessary physical tasks
  • Must obtain and maintain Manager Food Handler certification and alcohol server permit if required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial reporting
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Knowledge of labor laws and store operational best practices

  • Manage vendor relationships and address maintenance needs
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and involve regional teams as necessary
