Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-service restaurant management experience

Job Duties

  • Help develop financial operational plans/budgets and monitor their performance to achieve center's financial goals, including driving food and beverage sales
  • Review and control labor costs and other expenses
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating effectively with the team
  • Supervise and direct regular training for all staff members ensuring proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
  • Manage multiple departments and conduct regular meetings with management team to review performance and adjust action plans
  • Maintain high staff morale and address center-level HR or loss prevention issues
  • Achieve and maintain guest service goals and resolve customer complaints appropriately
  • Oversee and expand the center's Food and Beverage program ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction
  • Work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
