Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Help develop financial operational plans/budgets and monitor their performance to achieve center's financial goals, including driving food and beverage sales
- Review and control labor costs and other expenses
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating effectively with the team
- Supervise and direct regular training for all staff members ensuring proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
- Manage multiple departments and conduct regular meetings with management team to review performance and adjust action plans
- Maintain high staff morale and address center-level HR or loss prevention issues
- Achieve and maintain guest service goals and resolve customer complaints appropriately
- Oversee and expand the center's Food and Beverage program ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction
- Work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
