Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum 5 years hotel leadership experience including General Manager role in lifestyle or boutique hotel
- proven food and beverage operations expertise
- experience in entertainment and guest programming
- strong financial and budget management skills
- excellent leadership and communication abilities
- guest-focused and hands-on leadership style
- knowledge of Nashville hospitality market preferred
Job Qualifications

- 5+ years of hotel leadership experience including General Manager experience in lifestyle or boutique property
- proven expertise in food and beverage operations with record of driving revenue and excellence
- experience in creating and executing entertainment and guest programming resonating with lifestyle hotel guests
- strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making
- excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- hands-on, guest-first leadership approach
- understanding of Nashville market and local hospitality scene a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee all hotel operations including food and beverage, entertainment programming, rooms, sales, marketing, finance, and human resources
- lead development and execution of revenue-driving strategies with focus on maximizing food and beverage outlets and rooftop activations
- create and execute signature entertainment programs enhancing guest experience and brand alignment
- maintain elevated guest experience through personalized service and unique lifestyle touches
- cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability among department leaders and associates
- build and maintain strong relationships with ownership, corporate support team, and local community partners
- stay ahead of lifestyle trends and local market dynamics to ensure competitive positioning
- monitor and manage budgets, forecast performance, and implement initiatives to drive profitability
